羅喬綾，1981年出生於台灣台北，2009年畢業於國立台北藝術大學美術學系碩士，主修複合媒體。創作靈感主要以自身的童年記憶、家庭和日常生活為主。藉由描繪小孩的形象來捕捉每個人都可能擁有過的純真面貌和真誠，透過創作重現記憶中的美好與溫暖，並反思自身與社會環境的關聯。羅喬綾作品曾於台灣、韓國、香港、新加坡、法國和德國展出，曾獲國立台灣美術館典藏。
